We deliver solely to customers within the UK, sourcing our products from UK-based suppliers. Order Confirmation
Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us. This lets you know that we’ve received your order and reserved the payment.
Straight after that, we’ll double check our stock to ensure your items are ready to go. If something’s on backorder or unavailable, no worries – we’ll cancel the payment reservation and get in touch with you to discuss the next steps.
If all your items are in stock (usually within 2 business days), we’ll process the payment and prepare your order for dispatch. Our dispatch team will then get in touch with you to schedule a convenient time and date for delivery.
