30-Day Return Policy

Oxospa offers a 30-day return policy. After receiving your item, you have 30 days to request a return. However, please note that there are certain items on our website that do not qualify for returns unless they are faulty. These exceptions are clearly outlined on the relevant product pages.

While many of our products are covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee, there are exceptions. Please check the “return policy” on the specific product page to understand the exact return policy for each product.

Need to be Return

To make a return, the item must be in the condition you received it – unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase as well. If these conditions are met, there won’t be any restocking fee.

However, if the product has been installed, is not in new condition, isn’t in its original packaging, or if any components are missing (including the owner’s manual), there will be a 20% restocking and repackaging fee. If the returned items are found damaged and not under warranty, we won’t be able to process the return. In this case, you’ll need to cover the cost of shipping to return the item to you.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on where and how to send back your package. Please note, any items returned without prior approval won’t be accepted.

Purchase Gift

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Order Cancel

If you need to cancel an order, we kindly request that you contact our customer service team through email or phone as soon as possible to avoid any charges for return shipping.

Full refunds will be given for cancellations made before the items have been dispatched.

If the order is canceled after the items have already been shipped, our 30-Day Return Policy will apply, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Damages or Issues

If the item is damaged, defective, or if you have received the incorrect item, we kindly ask you to inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours. In the event of damage, you are entitled to either a refund or a replacement at no extra cost.

Exchange

To get the item you want quickly, return your current item. Once the return is approved, you can then place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved. If it’s approved, we’ll process the refund back to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and display the refund. If it’s been more than 15 working days since we approved your return, please contact us at info@oxospa.co.uk.

Return Shipping

Customers will be responsible for covering all return shipping costs, except in cases where the item has been delivered damaged.
